Kent City Police are upping their forces this Halloween weekend in effort to ensure safety for Kent residents. Lieutenant Mike Lewis believes the fact that the holiday falls on a weekend this year as well as clocks bouncing back on the 31st will create what he calls a “perfect storm.”
