In the state of Ohio, the number of high school graduates has been remaining steady each year. However public colleges and universities have been experiencing a decline in enrollment. Recent study shows lower rates of postpartum depression, anxiety from prenatal interventions
Postpartum depression is a factor in 20% of all maternal deaths. Postpartum depression affects the mother directly after birth. This can include extreme feelings of sadness and anxiety. Mothers experiencing this lose a lot of sleep and can be very irritable. According to the Cleveland Clinic, 75% of moms experience baby blues and 15% of those develop postpartum depression.
