Eight years ago, Hiram Farm began with the dream of two parents who longed for a sense of community for their autistic son. Nearly a decade later, the farm buzzes with thirty-one workers who receive just that. In addition the the paycheck the farmers earn, staff also work to ensure they are obtaining additional skills to aid them in growing as individuals. TV2’s Caty Payette has more.
