That’s the sound college students commonly hear on the weekends. This is another sound you will hear on Sunday as well
Many college students spend their Saturday nights partying and pay for it Sunday morning.
It’s hard to find that courage and motivation when waking up with a hangover Sunday morning before church.
As for as 21-year-old Ginette Nervelous, who is a leader for the Impact organization, chooses a different way to live her weekends. Who helped her live this different lifestyle?
Field coach for the Christian organization Impact movement, Darnell Wilson.
Wilson inspired her to find her faith in God and believed she could be a potential leader for his organization.
Nervelous explained how she never seen herself as being a leader but always being the member to lend a helpful hand.
She currently attends church every Sunday at Span Ministry located in Tallmadge, Ohio.
She says her spiritual turning point was the summer before attending Kent State when she witnessed her younger brothers baptism.
She plans on using these experiences from the Impact Movement in the future. According to Ginette, it’s more than a movement, it’s a lifestyle.
