My name is Tyler Thompson, the story I chose to cover is about the Gorge Dam. The 57-foot dam is long overdue for removal, and the process has been in the works within the past year-and-a-half. I spoke with Elaine Marsh, a watershed specialist from the Metro Parks, about the environmental hazards, plans for clean-up and the cost of the project.
