Don’t just enjoy a single day of National Siblings Day. How about an entire weekend of entertainment with Kent State University. Kent State students and their Lil’ sibs were in full swing from 10th-12th of April celebrating with family.

The weekend offers a full plan of programs and event.  Saturday presents a spa day at Eastway featuring  artists  face, and henna artists. In addition there will be inflatables at Eastway Center and a magician.

Vice president of programming and development for Kent Interhall Counicl Emily Nighswander says Lil’ Sibs weekend is always well attended.

She says it is important to keep the tradition going because it is a great way for families to experience Kent State and it introduces students to our campus and encourages them to think about attending Kent State.

The weekend will conclude on Sunday with an optional family brunch at Eastway Center.

Most of the events are free, but registration is required. Some events are only open to lil’ sibs of residence hall students.
